🎯 Transform casual scrollers into eager readers with this framework. AI Prompts and examples.

Hey there,

Ever notice how some writers seem to have a magical ability to make you click on everything they write? While others, despite having great content, struggle to get any traction?

The difference often comes down to one thing: their headlines.

Today, I'm going to share a framework that can transform how you write headlines - and more importantly, how readers respond to them. If you've been struggling to capture attention in an increasingly noisy digital world, this is for you.

What you'll learn:

  • Why most headline frameworks fail (and what to do instead)

  • A simple 3-part structure that taps into reader psychology

  • How to use AI to generate endless high-converting headlines

  • Real examples and templates you can use today

The Problem With Most Headlines

Think about the last time you scrolled through your feed. What made you stop and click? Chances are, it wasn't clever wordplay or vague promises. It was a headline that spoke directly to where you are and where you want to be.

Introducing the "Before/After + Bridge" (B-A-B) Framework

The power of this framework lies in its psychological foundation. Every reader who clicks on your content is looking for transformation. They're in a "before" state and desperately want to reach an "after" state. Your job is to build the bridge that gets them there.

Here's why most headlines fail:

  • They focus only on the destination ("How to Be Productive")

  • They emphasize the problem without a clear solution ("Why You're Always Tired")

  • They promise results without acknowledging the reader's current reality ("Become a Millionaire Today")

The B-A-B Framework fixes all of these issues by creating a complete story in a single line.

The Structure

1. BEFORE: What's their current painful reality?

2. BRIDGE: What's the mechanism of change?

3. AFTER: What's the promised land they want to reach?

The "B-A-B Generator" Framework

I've developed a simple system that uses AI to generate endless B-A-B headlines that convert. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Define Your Core Components

Have ChatGPT analyze your topic through these three lenses:

  • Current Pain Points (Before)

  • Transformation Methods (Bridge)

  • Desired Outcomes (After)
